Both shows are a 3 day event. You may choose to sell for only two days at them but you'll need to let me know before the show.

Set up and take down is only permitted before the mall opens and after the mall closes. We load in and out through the corridors, ONLY. Your booth must be open all Mall hours that you are set up.

9th, 10th, 11th Hours: All Mall hours.  Friday 9:00AM-9:00PM Saturday 9:00AM-10:00PM Sunday 11:00AM-7:00PM . These hours may change slightly.

16th, 17th, 18th Hours: All Mall hours. Friday 9:00-AM-9:00PM  Saturday 8:00AM-10:00PM  Sunday 10:00AM-7:00PM. These hours may change slightly.

Space... 10x10 - $175.00

Most spaces can be open on both the front and back as we are set up down the middle of the mall. All tables must be covered to the floor on all sides. All boxes, tubs, extra items must be hidden from view. There will be a storage area. Electric is very limited. Bring your own heavy duty extension cords. Not all requests can be guaranteed. Possible tables for rent. You’ll need to check with me on availability and fee.

NO SALES- NO ADMITTANCE- ON NOVEMBER 24th.
FOR THE BLACK FRIDAY SHOW ONLY

Set Up...Wednesday night 9:00PM-11:00PM  and  Friday 4:00am-6:00am
December shows set up:  Thursday night 9:00- 11:00 pm and Friday morning 7:00-9:00am

November 25th, 26th, 27th, You must be open all Mall hours. Friday opens at 6:00 AM and closes at 10:00PM.  Saturday 10:00 Am-9:00PM   Sunday 11:00AM-6:00PM. These hours are correct with Mall. Hours are confusing so always triple check close to the dates.
Dec. 9th, 10th, 11th . You must be open all Mall hours.  Friday 9:00AM-9:00PM  Saturday 9:00AM-10:00PM Sunday 11:00AM-6:00PM . These hours may change slightly, always check.
Dec. 16th, 17th, 18th Hours: You must be open all Mall hours. Friday 9:00-AM-9:00PM   Saturday 8:00AM-10:00PM  Sunday 10:00AM-6:00PM. These hours may change slightly.
**The Mall has new ownership. They have just given me notice that our shows have the option of moving into the old Sears building or the Sears wing. We are not allowed to be in the middle mall area or food court area. We have chosen the wing and feel it will be a nice fit for these shows. It’s right off of the food court. For all future shows most booths will be set up in the Sears wing with those booths being lined up back to back and side by side just like a regular craft show. Those booths will be 10x10 size. 4 to 6 booth spaces will be available in the Barnes & Noble area and they will be larger- approx. 8 ft. deep and 16 ft. in length.
We understand the new ownerships changes are surprising. They were to us!!  My hope is you’ll read this and think it through and then relax. That’s what I did. LOL. If you have signed up for the Nov. or Dec. Midland Mall shows, and you have been confirmed, and are unable to work with this change you will have until Nov.10th to contact me for a refund. After that date I cannot make this offer to you.

Bring your own heavy duty extension cords. Not all requests can be guaranteed. Tables are available to rent for $15.00 each. They can have a burgundy cloth covering for the same price.
